Visit Our Teaching Space

Our Edgbaston location offers a comfortable, distraction-free environment designed specifically for financial education. The space includes visual aids, whiteboards for interactive exercises, and a small library of age-appropriate finance resources.

Parents are welcome to observe any session, though we find most children engage more freely when parents wait in our reception area. We'll discuss what works best for your family when you book.

Frequently Asked Contact Questions

Do you offer phone consultations?

We handle all initial enquiries via email to ensure we have time to provide thorough, considered responses. Once you've booked a programme, we're happy to arrange phone or video calls if needed for planning purposes.

How quickly can you schedule a session?

Most programmes can be arranged within two weeks. School assemblies and larger group bookings typically require four weeks' notice. If you have urgent timing needs, mention this in your email and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can I visit before committing?

Absolutely. We offer 15-minute site visits during working hours (no appointment necessary) or can arrange longer consultations if you'd like to discuss your child's specific needs in detail.

What if I'm not in Birmingham?

All our programmes are available via video call for families outside Birmingham. The experience is comparable to in-person sessions, and we provide digital versions of all materials. We've successfully delivered online sessions to families across the UK.

Do you travel to schools outside Birmingham?

For school assemblies and multi-session bookings, we'll travel within a 40-mile radius of Birmingham. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 20 miles. Contact us to discuss your specific location.

"I had about fifteen questions before booking. The response I received was detailed, patient, and genuinely helpful rather than just sales-focused. That email convinced me they were the right choice."

Safeguarding and Accessibility

All our educators hold enhanced DBS certificates and follow strict safeguarding protocols. Our teaching space is fully accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility requirements. If your child has specific learning needs or accessibility requirements, please mention these when you contact us so we can prepare appropriately.

For Media and Partnership Enquiries

If you're a journalist interested in covering financial literacy topics, a school administrator exploring partnership opportunities, or an organization wanting to collaborate on youth education initiatives, we'd love to hear from you. Please use the same email address and mention "Partnership Enquiry" or "Media Request" in your subject line.
